  6. What does this bad mofo do?

It opens a TON of ports to your target, immensly slowing their asses down.  Unless your target is behind a firewall, this fucker will probably crash them, or lag their conenction.  I think this works good on servers, on hotline, set the port # to 5500, and it creates a ton of half-logged in users.
